Richmond Solution Experience 2026: Leading the Next Era of English Language Teaching 

On 14 October 2026, Richmond brought together school directors, English language coordinators and teachers at Museo Fortabat in Buenos Aires for the Richmond Solution Experience 2026: Leading the Next Era of English Language Teaching. 

Designed as a space for reflection, professional exchange and new perspectives, the event explored the role of educational leadership, evidence and technology, and personalised coaching in strengthening English language programmes and supporting meaningful learning experiences. 

The programme featured Mónica Rodriguez Salvo as host, guiding the day’s sessions and connecting the different perspectives shared throughout the event. 

Under the theme Leadership, Evidence and Technology, Vicky Saumell presented “Evidence in Practice: Empowering Language Professionals Through Data”, exploring how data can inform educational decisions while keeping human learning at the centre. Her session invited participants to reflect on the value of evidence in supporting language professionals and strengthening teaching and learning practices. 

The programme also featured Alejandra Nieves, who led “The Teacher Echo: How Teacher Growth Shapes Student Learning”. Her presentation highlighted the connection between teacher development and student learning, emphasising the role of personalised coaching in supporting educators and fostering continuous improvement. 

Throughout the day, participants had the opportunity to broaden their perspectives, exchange experiences and reflect on the role of leadership and collaboration in creating more meaningful learning opportunities. The event also reinforced the importance of ongoing professional development in responding to the evolving needs of English language education.
